| Dr. Jason Aanenson is a graduate of Augustana College and Creighton University School of Dentistry. Dr. Aanenson was raised in northern Minnesota and began practice in Freeman in 1998 and in Parkston in 2001. Dr. Aanenson, his wife, Jill, and his son, Tryg, reside in Freeman. |
| Dr. Aanenson is a member of the American Dental Association, South Dakota Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and has served as president of the Southern District of the South Dakota Dental Association. Dr. Aanenson currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the South Dakota Dental Association. |
| In his free time, Dr. Aanenson enjoys spending time with his family, reading, traveling, boating, playing golf, and watching all sorts of sports. |
| The friendly and experienced staff at Freeman and Parkston Dental Centers are happy to help you with questions and concerns about your dental hygiene. Patti, Cindy, Anita, Tammie, Teresa, and Britney make up our dental hygiene team. Kara, Lori, and Amy comprise our competent dental assisting staff. Paulette serves double duty as a dental assistant and manages appointment scheduling at the Parkston office, and Brenda serves as our office manager. Our entire staff, including Dr. Aanenson, is there to serve you and to make trips to the dentist a positive and comfortable experience. |
| Our dental assisting staff of Kara, Lori, and Amy can answer any questions you might have ranging from simple appointments to technical dental treatment procedures. They will help you prepare for your visit, answer your questions about post-operative care, and have even been known to hold a hand during dental treatment. |
| Patti, Cindy, Anita, Teresa, and Britney are all graduates of the USD School of Dental Hygiene, while Tammie attended hygiene school at the University of Oklahoma. Our dental hygienists emphasize good home care of the teeth and gums, and provide comfortable and thorough preventive and therapeutic dental treatment in a relaxed setting. We are proud of our hygiene staff's committment to quality and the outstanding care they provide to all the patients in our practice. |
| Paulette, as a trained dental assistant, might be seen chairside assisting with a dental procedure, or she may greet you as you enter the Parkston office. |
| Brenda is our office manager and greets you with a smile when you walk in the door. She can help you make appointments, answer questions about your dental treatment plan, and assist you with financial arrangements. |
