At-home whitening consists of being fitted with custom made trays which fit directly over the teeth. These trays are fabricated from impressions (molds) made of your teeth in the dental office. The trays are then used in conjunction with a whitening material and worn at night during sleep, in the evenings before bed, or whenever desired by the patient.
